In Leukerbad, guests have several options to actively participate in sustainable tourism. Two regional «Cause We Care» menus are served in the Rinderhütte mountain restaurant. Part of the amount of each menu goes into the fund. In addition, guests can voluntarily donate the CHF 5.00 deposit on their "SkiKeyCard" into the «Cause We Care» fund. Also, there is the option of paying a voluntary surcharge on admission to the thermal spa.
The earmarked «Cause We Care» fund is primarily used for local sustainability measures in Leukerbad. A smaller part of the fund flows into various myclimate carbon offset projects worldwide.
